RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags (if applicable)
In its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Opened or used products
Any item not in its original condition

Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be issued a 100% store credit for the value of the returned item.

Can be used on any future purchase
Does not expire

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return your original item and use your store credit to place a new order.
